**About the Role:**
The purpose of this position is to provide a wide range of business operations administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature to executive leadership.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Draft confidential correspondence, edit documents, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, and perform other administrative and secretarial duties.
+ Create, maintain, and/or update various databases.
+ Extrapolate, analyze, and present data for management information reporting purposes.
+ Serve as a liaison between executives, internal management, employees, clients, and visitors as required.
+ Review incoming correspondence via paper or email, lead initiative to determine appropriate action required.
+ Lead and monitor issues for appropriate follow up.
+ Take independent action on handling requests; determine the appropriate course of action, intervene where necessary, and act as a liaison between departments.
+ Plan, coordinate, and support meeting and conferences.
+ Arrange domestic and international travel.
+ Coordinate data from a variety of sources for inclusion in technical reports and presentations; performs independent research and prepare information for special projects as assigned.
+ Assist with processing department financial data as it relates to budgets, accounts payable, and generating various financial queries and reports.
+ Administer the department/business unit record keeping system
+ Update various department/business unit records and publications
+ Ensure that department/business unit files are maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures
+ Review requests for information and determines the appropriateness of release.
+ Other duties may be assigned
**What You'll Need:**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.
+ Minimum of six years of related experience and/or training.
+ Min of 2 yrs of supporting an executive level.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
+ Ability to effectively present information.
+ Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents.
+ Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.
+ Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

CBRE Investment Management carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $180,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $190,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE IM’s applicable benefit program.
