The AWS Product Marketing team is looking for a well-organized and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support leadership team members. We are seeking an individual who insists on the highest standards and pays attention to details, and who has great prioritization and organization skills. In this role, you will support a number of leaders and it will be key that you can plan ahead and meet deadlines as well as being able to manage multiple critical requests. It will also be important for you to be able to learn and to anticipate the needs of the leaders you will work with and to endeavor to act as a trusted business partner for those leaders.
The business you will be working within moves quickly; we have lots of innovative new products and features that we launch and make available for our customers to adopt. It’s therefore important that you will both have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, as well as having the ability to be flexible and change direction seamlessly and easily. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to complete tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and relish the challenge to take on varied and exciting new projects and learn new skills.
This role is based in Seattle, WA and requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, on-sites/off-sites, team social events, all-team meetings, etc.)
• Schedule transportation. Create detailed travel itineraries both domestic and international. Coordinate with in-house travel agents and manage international travel process. Submit expense reports in a timely fashion
• Coordinate closely with Recruiting teams, Facilities team, HR team, and other Executive Assistants within the broader AWS and Amazon community
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow ups (including meeting notes and action items)

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- High school or equivalent diploma
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience managing multiple calendars
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with end-to-end project management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
