Amazon Security is seeking a dedicated, customer-obsessed, and high-performing Executive Assistant to support the AI/AGI Security (AISec) team.
This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and great organizational skills. You will possess the ability to complete a high volume of complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround. This role must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion.
- Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner.
- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, on-sites/off-sites, all Staffs etc.).
- Schedule cost effective air/hotel/ground transportation.
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items.
- Have fun at work and help others do the same.
A day in the life
The AI/AGI Security EA will work with builders at all levels across Amazon. They will own schedule alignment, facilitate all team meetings and offsites, and participate fully in the team's operations. This team moves fast and delivers results. We are looking for someone with insatiable curiosity and drive who is ready to learn and grow with the team.
About the team
We are responsible for delivering Amazon’s AI security strategy and providing subject matter expertise through tools, guidance, and escalation. We drive security as a foundational feature of AI services by delivering mechanisms to improve our AI security posture and develop AI security fluency in builders. We securely accelerate Amazon builders who are creating and using AI systems by providing transparent security requirements, building security mechanisms, measuring effectiveness, and iterating to improve security for our customers.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
