Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative SupportProvide comprehensive administrative support, independently managing assigned tasks while balancing priorities across multiple stakeholders.Maintain complex calendars and coordinate high‑volume, fast‑paced customer and internal interactions with accuracy and tact.Manage sophisticated domestic and international travel, including multi-leg itineraries and rapid schedule changes.Handle correspondence, filing, office services, and telephone coverage (as needed).Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports and vendor invoices; coordinate purchasing and accounts payable activities.Leverage AI and digital productivity tools to streamline workflows, optimize scheduling, summarize information, and enhance operational efficiency.Meeting & Event CoordinationPlan, schedule, and execute all logistical elements for on-site and off-site meetings, events, and training sessions.Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations, visual materials, and polished communications.Draft, edit, and finalize correspondence in both personal and leader signatures.Office Operations & Data ManagementMaintain organizational charts, distribution lists, filing systems, and confidential records.Update and maintain data across internal systems.Provide general office administrative services and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications / Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent.8+ years of experience as an executive assistant or supporting a senior leader, preferably in a global, public company or in corporate functionAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern collaboration tools.Comfort using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, manage information, and support decision-making.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.Strong problem-solving capabilities within role scope.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to interact effectively with senior leaders, high-profile customers, and internal stakeholders.

Desired Characteristics

Bachelor’s degree OR 10+ years of administrative or office management experience.Proven ability to confidently engage with senior executives and high‑profile stakeholders in high-velocity environments.Experience using relational databases, GE HealthCare systems, Support Central, and related applications.Extremely well organized; able to anticipate needs and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.Quick learner with strong conceptual understanding and intellectual curiosity.Demonstrates sound judgment, professionalism, creative problem‑solving, and an AI‑first approach to efficiency.Resilient and calm under pressure; able to navigate high‑stress or rapidly evolving situations.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $100,320.00-$150,480.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
