Our client, University of Michigan, is seeking a Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Caswell Diabetes Institute supporting the Mary Tyler Moore Vision Initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Executive Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
**Location:** Ann Arbor, MI
**Pay Range: $22-26.00/hr. - WEEKLY PAY!**
**Shift:** 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide general administrative support including scheduling complex calendar management.
+ Coordinate travel arrangements and manage reimbursement processes.
+ Assist in project management and purchasing activities.
+ Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as required.
+ Work closely with the Mary Tyler Moore Vision Initiative and liaise with family members.
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 3 years of administrative support experience.
+ A minimum of 1 year of executive administrative experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
+ Ability to work 20hrs. per week.
