Our client, a well known beauty brand, is seeking a Temporary Executive Administrative Assistant II candidate for a 13 month assignment in their Hudson Yards office. This role requires 5 days on site with a total of 40 hours a week. The assignment will start on February 16th and will continue through December 2026. This opportunity pays up to $34.72/hr.

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for providing highly diverse administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Global Marketing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Heavy calendar scheduling, draft agendas & meeting minutes, proofreading, & monthly T&E reportsArrange travel itineraries, visa applications (when required), car services, and expat family travel for yearly home visitsCoordinating meetings including the management of attendees, booking location and time, arranging meals and any A/V materials; strong knowledge of Microsoft TEAMSCreate and manage POsOffice management: restocking supplies and managing the product closetThe ability to deal with people at all levels both internally and externally is criticalExcellent time management skillsSpecial project work

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree3-5+ years executive assistant experiencePossess a high degree of professionalism, extremely strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal with all levels of internal and external senior management in a professional mannerHigh degree of confidentiality and the ability to manage sensitive informationExcellent PC skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointStrong verbal and written skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining prioritiesFluency in French or other foreign language is a plus A1446378NY-Temp_1770649370 To Apply for this Job Click Here
