Our client, a leading organization in the distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the administrative support team, assisting the company’s leadership and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Executive Administrative Assistant
**Location:** Hudson, NY
**Pay Range:** $28.00/hr
**Shift:** Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Coordinate logistics for management meetings, including scheduling and accommodations
+ Plan and execute monthly management meetings at off-site locations, including catering and agenda development
+ Provide confidential administrative support to the President, including managing correspondence and reports
+ Maintain and review the President’s calendar, ensuring efficient time management
+ Track follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables to support strategic initiatives
**What's Needed?**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
+ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Experience in event coordination and administrative support, preferably in the food service industry
