Executive Administrative Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting senior leaders and ensuring the smooth operation of our fast-paced organization. You will be an integral part of a results-driven team, where attention to detail and high-quality work are valued. You will represent Morgan Health with professionalism and discretion, interacting regularly with executive-level colleagues across the firm. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues. You will be expected to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and consistently deliver flawless work.


Job Responsibilities:

Maintain complex and detailed calendarsManage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetingsArrange and coordinate complicated domestic travelProcess invoices and T&E expense claims for team members, ensuring all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelinesAssist with staff on-boarding and off-boardingHelp with onsite event support and logistics Manage database, maintain accurate records and create reports via Salesforce Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives, ensuring clear and professional communicationMaintain department documents, including the weekly investment pipeline report


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

 At least five years of administrative experienceAdvanced organizational skills, ability and instinct to connect dots and escalate issues as required Discretion and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management

Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above College degree is a plus
