Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leaders with across two teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and travel arrangements. The schedule is 8:30am-5:30pm, hybrid (3 days onsite in Manhattan, 2 remote), with occasional flexibility for early start times.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings for multiple executivesArrange and coordinate complex international and domestic travel plansPrepare and process expense reports accurately and in a timely mannerAssist with team-building events and office administrative needsSupport annual holiday card and gift distribution initiativesCollaborate with global offices and internal teams to ensure seamless communication

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required3-7+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience; legal, consulting, or finance background preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanorAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Compensation/Benefits:
