**Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 1**
**Work Location: Fully Remote (Must work Pacific Time hours)**
**Duration: 5 Months**
**Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week**
**Pay Rate Range: $20 to $26/hr**

+ Candidates without project management or business administration support experience will not be considered.

+ Prior experience supporting executives or leadership teams
+ Familiarity with Microsoft culture and internal tools
+ Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

15. End-to-end planning for leadership meetings, off-sites, summits, and org-wide events
16. Vendor coordination, room booking, catering, and materials preparation
**Core Job Responsibilities**
+ Perform general office duties (ordering supplies, record management, basic bookkeeping)
+ Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial documents
+ File and retrieve corporate records and reports
+ Open, sort, and distribute correspondence (emails, mail, faxes)
+ Draft and route responses to inquiries
+ Maintain confidentiality and organization of sensitive information

**Education & Experience**
+ Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
+ 2–5 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience
