Represents multiple business groups (cross product/business/P&L) to named account(s), in the North and Center regions of Portugal.
Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.
Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
Required QualificationsThis role requires significant experience in Medical Equipment Sales to Global and Key Accounts.
European Portuguese as mother language, as well as good domain of the Spanish and English languages.
Residence or ability to permanently establish residency to the north Portugal region.
Experience and/or education in healthcare sector.
Commercial and project management skills.
Executive presence and strong interpersonal / communication skills.
Capacity to build strong trustful relations with C Suites at all levels within the organization.
Ability to drive complex projects, aligning different internal teams to create strong customer-oriented added-value offers.
Ability to integrate insights across technology and clinical applications, with a keen understanding of industry trends and market demands.
