High school diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year customer service experience requiredAnalytical: able to resolve some complex or non-routine situations.Able to use email to send clear and accurate communication with their counterparts in the branches and data entry.Responsibilities:
As a EVV Agent, you will:
Answer and resolve inbound customer callsBasic Microsoft Word & Excel skills are necessary for success in this role
