**Job Title: Environmental Services Technician** Job Description The EVS Technician will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment within a hospital setting. The position requires working from 3PM to 11:30 PM. Position will require working in all areas of the hospital as needed. Responsibilities + Maintain hospital grounds and surrounding areas in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition. + Emphasize cross-infection control procedures. + Daily tasks include emptying trash, damp dusting horizontal surfaces, and ensuring floors are free of dust and black marks. + Vacuum carpeted floors and spot-clean walls. + Maintain windows in a clean and polished state. + Conduct high dusting to eliminate environmental dust. + Ensure restrooms are maintained in a clean and aseptic condition. + Handle emergency spillages during the shift. + Complete discharge cleaning. Essential Skills + Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, and environmental services. + Ability to perform cleaning and janitorial duties efficiently. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous experience in Environmental Services (EVS) is a plus, but candidates with any cleaning experience are welcome. + Bilingual skills are preferred.
