Hospital EVS Manager

We’re looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our Environmental Services department and ensure our hospital maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and infection control.

What you'll be doing:Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff across multiple hospital unitsEnsure all areas meet strict cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standardsDevelop staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performanceConduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirementsTrain and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellenceCollaborate with nursing, facilities, and infection control teams to address cleaning needs and prioritiesManage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipmentIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practicesAssist in general cleaning duties.Who we're looking for:Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field)Strong leadership potential and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesOR4+ years of experience as a housekeeping lead or supervisor in a hospital or hotel settingProven ability to manage teams and maintain high standards of cleanlinessFamiliarity with healthcare sanitation protocols and regulatory compliancePreferred Qualifications:Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plusExperience with scheduling, inventory and auditsKnowledge of OSHA, Joint Commission, and infection control standardsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysWhy join us?Competitive salary and comprehensive benefitsSupportive leadership and collaborative work cultureOpportunities for advancement and professional developmentMake a meaningful impact on patient care and safety every dayJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Round Rock, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $33.65/hr.
