As an Event Management Sr. Associate you will work directly with leadership and key partners to assist with the implementation of strategic event marketing plans for national Middle Marketing Banking and Specialized Industries designed to drive meaningful client and prospect engagement. In addition, you will assist in strategic event project management partnering across teams in events, sponsorships, marketing and communications to fulfill key tactics including project plan management, invitation and creative development, client selection, speaker idea generation and reporting. You will also provide relevant data points and budget support on aligned programs ensuring attention to clean data.
Job responsibilities:
Plan and execute Specialized Industries proprietary events and sponsorships to help further client engagement plans for highly targeted clients and prospects in key industries of focusCoordinate firm participation in third party industry conference and manages sponsorship assets including but not limited to booth, social outreach and speaker participationDevelop and exhibit an understanding of unique industry businesses and tailors approach to each banking team accordinglyStay current on industry trends and researches new content, speaker and vendor opportunitiesMange build out of agendas, panel development and speaker questions/talking pointsCommunicate national and other updates to keep banking teams aware of relevant client engagement opportunities and process changesPartner with several different stakeholders across the firm to coordinate on cross line of business events and sponsorshipsTrack event performance and presents findings in a regular cadencePartner with Event Production for best-in-class execution and supports events and sponsorships on-site as neededAssist in various national and ad hoc projects and events in support of prospect/client engagement in order to meet the needs of the business
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
4+ years of strong events and/or project management experience Excellent written and verbal communications skills Exhibits high-level executive presence when interacting with senior leadersComfortable working in a matrix management organization structure Strong sense of time management, prioritization and ability to execute against deliverables with attention to detailCreative thinker, who can respectfully challenges norms and drive changeAbility to build reporting, analyze data and streamline informationProficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, especially PowerPointGo-getter attitude, ready to contribute to a variety of projects, events and sponsorships
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Familiarity with Salesforce, Workfront and/or Stova Banking, financial services or management consulting experience
