About the role: + 4 month contract with potential extension + Compensation will vary based off of geographical location. + Fully remote position + Requires 8-10+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator OR Event Coordinator Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an Events Coordinator in a virtual capacity. This role begins as a 4 month contract with the possibility of extension. As an Events Coordinator, you will play a central role in each hiring event, impacting the recruiting team's success. A strong understanding of event logistics and high-volume interview scheduling is crucial. Responsibilities + Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple business units, each with its own unique process. + Manage high-volume interview hiring events. + Maintain excellent communication between multiple parties. + Adapt to process changes efficiently. + Utilize tracking systems effectively. Essential Skills + 8-10 years of recruiting coordination experience. + High-volume scheduling experience. + Experience with event logistics. + Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel. + Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Talent acquisition experience. + Experience with event logistics in a large technology company. + Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). + Reporting experience. Work Environment This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US. The role requires a reliable internet connection and proficiency with virtual communication tools. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
