Job Title: Events Coordinator IIIJob Description

This role is a critical contributor to ensuring seamless operational excellence and engaging experiences for interns across the Americas, with select deliverables extending globally. The position partners closely with the Program Managers on the Intern Program Team to deliver a world-class intern experience.

ResponsibilitiesDrive planning and execution of summer 2026 intern program operations and logistics.Execute and maintain an operationally sound model that supports a best-in-class intern experience.Manage processes primarily impacting Americas interns while supporting global deliverables as needed.Partner with the Americas Intern Engagement team to plan and execute support intern engagements across the Americas.Support major program events including Welcome Week, mentorship events, and skilling sessions.Support marketing and logistics of programmatic efforts.Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.Essential SkillsVerbal and written communication skills.Multi-tasking, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Ability to keep information organized and confidential.Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.4-5+ years experience in event planning, coordination, and management.Experience in vendor and budget management for at least 1 year.Proficiency in event tools such as Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for at least 2 years.Work Environment

The position is primarily remote, with a strong preference for candidates who can work PST hours and occasionally go onsite as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $29.00/hr.
