Events Coordinator

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of intern programs across the Americas, with some responsibilities extending globally. The role involves collaborating closely with Program Managers to create an exceptional intern experience.
Responsibilities
+ Drive planning and execution of summer 2026 intern program operations and logistics.
+ Execute and maintain an operationally sound model that supports a best-in-class intern experience.
+ Manage processes primarily impacting Americas interns while supporting global deliverables as needed.
+ Partner with the Americas Intern Engagement team to plan and execute support intern engagements across the Americas.
+ Support major program events including Welcome Week, mentorship events, and skilling sessions.
+ Support marketing and logistics of programmatic efforts.

Work Environment
This role requires candidates to be located in the Seattle Metro area, with the ability to commute to the Redmond office. The work environment is collaborative, focusing on delivering engaging intern experiences and operational excellence.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
