As an Event Planning Executive, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional event experiences by ensuring seamless planning, execution, and client satisfaction while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Hyatt Events Standards for enquiries, hotel tours, event planning, confirmations, execution, and follow-up.

Use event system accurately; maintain complete records as per Hyatt policies.

Plan and execute events after contract and deposit are confirmed; handle last-minute leads when required.

Deliver exceptional client service and maintain professional communication.

Meet group revenue targets, assist with budget updates, and maximize revenue through cross-selling and up-selling
