This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of events, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery across client sites. The Event Manager will provide leadership in event strategy, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution, while ensuring alignment with CBRE RISE values. The role balances client priorities in the areas of cost, quality, and experience, delivering innovative solutions that enhance workplace engagement and client satisfaction.
**The Opportunity**
+ Co-create with the teams, curate and lead production on creative events
+ Oversee content calendar, ensuring it delivers a positive brand experience and is relevant to employees and utilizing client engagement and work/produce.
+ Develop and implement annual event strategies and calendars aligned with client objectives.
+ Deliver high-quality events including conferences, town halls, client activations, workplace engagement initiatives, and VIP visits.
+ Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for all event-related matters.
+ Lead end-to-end event planning, including budgeting, resourcing, venue management, logistics, AV/technology, catering, and supplier engagement.
+ Manage risk, compliance, health & safety requirements, and post-event reporting.
+ Partner with CBRE Workplace, Facilities, and Hospitality teams to ensure events align with workplace services and culture programs.
+ Develop, manage, and report on event budgets, including forecasting, cost optimisation, and vendor negotiations.
**Ideal Candidate**
+ Experience managing multiple, concurrent events from concept through to execution.
+ Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage vendors.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software/tools.
+ Experience in managing large budgets and delivering events with measurable ROI.
