-Inventory Excellence: Expertly organize and stack clean dishware with attention to detail, ensuring all service items are sorted and returned to the proper stations to meet the aesthetic standards of the Florence Center.
-Service Readiness: Monitor the flow of soiled dishes and equipment to ensure the culinary team has a constant supply of clean pans and plates exactly when the event schedule demands.
-Station Collaboration: Maintain constant, clear communication with the kitchen and service teams to manage the "dish-return" flow and prioritize high-need items during peak service hours.
-Kitchen Standards: Uphold rigorous food safety and chemical handling protocols, maintaining a clean, dry, and organized pit area to ensure the highest health and safety standards.

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Skills:
-Sanitation Excellence: Proven ability to maintain high-speed cleaning standards and ensure 100% spotless dishware, glassware, and flatware in a high-volume, fast-paced banquet environment.
-Logistics Communication: Ability to track inventory levels (plates, pans, and utensils) and relay critical "ready-times" to the kitchen and plating teams to ensure a seamless service flow.
-Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for 6-8 hour shifts and capable of lifting heavy dish racks, industrial stock pots, and bulk kitchen equipment required for large-scale event breakdown.
-Event Reliability: A steadfast track record of punctuality and the ability to maintain pace under the pressure of high-volume turnover during high-stakes, one-day events.

Experience:
1-4 years
