Purpose of the Role

You’ll serve as a critical operational and logistics partner for a flagship, enterprise-facing virtual program. This includes supporting executive presenters, coordinating with internal program managers, and ensuring flawless execution from planning to post‑event wrap‑up.

You’ll manage the behind‑the‑scenes engine that enables a smooth, engaging experience for customers, speakers, and internal teams across multiple days of programming.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & ExecutionLead logistics, scheduling, and operational coordination for a high‑visibility, multi‑day executive virtual conference.Ensure event flow, run‑of‑show, and stakeholder alignment are perfectly organized and delivered.Anticipate potential issues in advance and proactively implement solutions.Maintain a calm, steady presence during live sessions to manage real‑time changes or challenges.Partner closely with internal program leads to execute an event experience that feels seamless and polished.Executive Speaker & Stakeholder ManagementWork directly with senior-level speakers on prep, timing, tech checks, and content readiness.Coordinate between multiple executive stakeholders, internal teams, and customer-facing groups.Provide efficient, professional communication and guidance leading up to and during the event.Post‑Event SupportDeliver post-event documentation, written summaries, data capture, wrap‑ups, and insights.Ensure all materials and deliverables are organized and archived properly.Operational OwnershipManage multiple workstreams simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.Maintain detailed organization across timelines, agendas, documentation, and communications.Support logistics for all required components of the event—including tools, platforms, cadence, and preparation workflows.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe Best Candidates Will Have:Experience running complex virtual events, especially multi-day programs.A track record of supporting events for large enterprise organizations (preferred over start-up experience).Strong organization skills with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.A calm, solutions-focused mindset—especially during live programming.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfort working closely with executive-level presenters.Experience producing post-event reports, documentation, and summaries.Strong logistics coordination skills across multiple teams and workflows.Minimum QualificationsDemonstrated experience as an Event Program Manager, Event Project Manager, or similar role.Experience with executive-level event management.Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously and independently.Experience with virtual event execution and enterprise-level audiences.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
