Since 2005, St. Louis Children’s has been designated as a Magnet® hospital for nursing excellence from the American Nurses Credentialing Center® (ANCC). **Preferred Qualifications** **Role Purpose** Responsible for assisting with ongoing research, analytical, and evaluation activities with a particular emphasis on measuring program evaluation outcomes and performance, utilizes data to support decision-making for program design, development, and implementation, participates in the critique and development of metrics, provides analytical support to programs, applies appropriate statistical techniques, manages statistical data sets, interprets statistical results and creates reports, participates in program evaluation and performance improvement activities. Contributes to the Hospital’s Community Benefit through Community Benefit reporting for IRS requirements and by conducting and completing the Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Plan. **Responsibilities** + Performs statistical analysis and programming tasks for evaluating and reporting program performance and special investigations, including the Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Strategies for the Hospital as required by the IRS. + Participates in the design, implementation, and oversight of data collection, data management, and data analysis strategies to support statistical analysis. + Works with multidisciplinary teams to provide consultation on analytical results, prioritizing and opportunities to create new programs and enhance existing programs. + Participates in research including identification of best practice tools for program evaluation and design and compliance of IRB approved studies. + Publishes and disseminates program findings in various formats, targeting specific audiences.
