Job Description:

This role leads and drives strategic transformational project to digitalize the E2E entire Vet reco model: e-recommendation / e-conversion / e-retention.

What will be your key responsibilities?

PMS INTEGRATION:

Lead PMS Integration for EU: mapping / Assessment / prioritization / roadmapInterface with external provider and with Digital team to ensure strong executional plan

E-RECO:

Defines EU Priorities to influence Global Roadmap CreationCollaborates with Global Core team in Vet Digital strategy definitionOwns KPI definition and monitoringDefines Feature prioritization for Global DT, Follow up on developments, Leads and support tests with local unitsLead Vet Service Community, Define & Support business Activation in clusters, Support when issues,Lead improvements deployments (new features / new services)

CONVERTION & RETENTION:

Is responsible for EU IVO Mapping & Assessment (always on), Create and to create links with E-RecommendationIdentifies and define the best strategy and digital solutions to e-convert Vet recommendations while keeping the Vet in the value chain and respecting specific RTM requirements (eg Clinical Alliance)

Business management degreeExcellent English written/spoken · French written/spoken is considered a plusExperience in sales or marketing (minimum 3 years) / Experience in Digital EcosystemDemonstrated ability to work cross functions with strong influencing skills whilst building trusting and credible relationshipsProject management & deployment experienceAble to handle complexity and ambiguity whilst managing to get things done.Experience in customer management and engagement.Experience with and interest in digital creative trends.
