Job Description Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable data integration and warehousing solutions for federal clients. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of ETL pipelines, data models, and data stores to ensure accurate, timely, and auditable data access across systems. Requires strong technical expertise and ability to work in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: -Define data storage and integration requirements for federal mission needs. -Build and maintain data warehouses, ODS, and data marts for analytics. -Design and optimize logical and physical data models. -Develop and automate ETL processes for diverse data sources. -Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across pipelines. -Implement ETL workflows using Talend and data flow models. -Translate requirements into functional specs and mapping designs. -Integrate data from APIs, SQL, and NoSQL platforms. -Perform advanced SQL development and tuning. -Troubleshoot complex data issues and ensure compliant delivery. Skills and Requirements -Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). -12+ years professional experience, including 5+ years in ETL and data warehousing. -Expertise in large-scale ETL pipelines, data integration, and SQL (optimization, stored procedures, tuning). -Strong knowledge of data modeling and warehouse design patterns. -Hands-on experience with Talend ETL and Snowflake; familiarity with SQL/NoSQL platforms. -Skilled in API-based integrations (REST, SOAP, custom).
