Job Description Summary

We are seeking an Ethics & Compliance Operations Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operational effectiveness of the company’s Ethics & Compliance (E&C) program. This role ensures that key ethics & compliance processes run efficiently, and ethics & compliance data is accurately tracked and reported.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the operational infrastructure of the Ethics & Compliance program, including the case management system, hotline administration, training platforms, third party management systems, and reporting dashboards.Serve as the point of contact for E&C technology platforms, ensuring data integrity, user support, and vendor management.Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for greater effectiveness.Assist with automating current E&C processes to increase efficiency and employee compliance.Track and analyze E&C data and prepare regular reports and dashboards.Responsible for intake, triage and assignment of matters reported to Ethics & Compliance.Coordinate ethics & compliance policy lifecycle management.Support the deployment of our global E&C training and communications initiatives, including managing training completion tracking and reporting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree

Skills/Experience

5+ years of experience in operations and/or project managementProficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI).Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong moral compass and unquestionable integrity.Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and maintain flexibility in fast-paced environment.Highly organized with attention to detail.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $97,750.00 - $115,000.00
