Join our team as a Construction Estimator and play a key role in shaping high-impact Tenant Improvement (TI) projects from concept to completion. **What You’ll Do** + Analyze architectural and engineering drawings to develop accurate cost estimates. + Plan, organize, and coordinate TI construction projects from start to finish. + Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. + Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs to gather critical project insights. + Assist in developing project schedules and phasing plans. + Ensure compliance with local building codes, permitting processes, and industry standards. + Manage projects valued at $100K and above, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. **What You Bring** + 5+ years of experience in Tenant Improvement construction. + Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost structures. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents. + Proficiency with estimating software and proposal writing. + Excellent organizational and project management skills. + Trade experience or formal education in construction is welcome. **Top Skills** + Construction Estimation + Blueprint Reading + Tenant Improvement Expertise + Project & Construction Management + Proposal Development **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
