ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with team members to develop and manage preconstruction schedules, including milestonesCoordinate work planning with Operations, Marketing, Business Development, and Executive teamsRepresent the estimating team during internal meetings, presentations, site visits, and owner/design/consultant meetingsCreate internal staffing budgets for specific projectsGenerate Conceptual, Schematic, Design Development, Lump Sum, GMP, and other contract schedules of valuesPerform quantity take-offs, annotations, assumptions, and qualificationsProcure, distribute, manage, and analyze subcontractor bidsCoordinate with Estimating support teams to confirm subcontractor bidding statusConduct scope review meetings with subcontractorsFacilitate internal estimate reviews ahead of client presentationsDevelop, provide, and track Alternates/Value EngineeringWork with local distributors to identify subcontractors for specified productsAssist with change-order pricingParticipate in subcontractor prequalificationDevelop and finalize scope packagesFacilitate scope meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and project managersQualificationsBachelor’s degree3–5 years of estimating experienceExperience with academic or multi‑unit projectsProficiency with Bluebeam and ExcelJob Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beverly, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $57.00/hr.
