**Description** **Estimator II** Perform a variety of estimating duties associated with the development of detailed construction estimates through quantity take-offs and interaction with subcontractors and suppliers. Develop accurate and concise clarifications and assumptions. Identify conflicts/missing data and obtain clarification on plans and specifications from design professionals. Distribute bid documents. Develop unit costs. Apply knowledge in building designs, systems, and construction materials through available resources. Understand the project/program and its requirements. Obtain and review proposals and quotes by subcontractors or vendors. Perform detailed review of all documents including specifications for identification of onerous requirements. Build relationships with key vendors, including subcontractors, suppliers, and architects. Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Science, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or related field and 2 years of experience performing quantity take-offs, drawing analysis, estimation, and cost-control; Evaluating and hiring concrete, masonry, and exterior subcontractors; Updating construction schedule; Managing Quality Control and Turnover; Preparing RFIs and performing drawing updates. **Jobsite: Phoenix, AZ** Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
