Estimator | $60-85k depending on experience | Day Shift, On-site/ Direct Hire  What Matters MostCompetitive Pay of $60-85kSchedule: Day Shift, On-siteLocation: Bremen, OH Direct Hire Job Description The Estimator works cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and Customers to develop accurate cost estimates for engineered projects. This role requires strong technical aptitude, the ability to interpret engineering drawings, and clear communication to manage project costs from RFQ through completion. The Estimator plays a critical role in ensuring pricing accuracy, schedule alignment, and continuous improvement of estimating processes. Responsibilities: Develop and manage accurate cost estimates through collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and LogisticsInterpret engineering drawings including P&IDs, electrical schematics, controls systems, and fabrication drawingsDraft quotations for RFQs and support centralized estimating processesAnalyze cost trends and provide recommendations to improve estimating accuracy and reduce discrepanciesParticipate in customer technical meetings and support cost model development Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Applied Science, Manufacturing Technology, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of cost estimating experience in construction, manufacturing, or fabricationStrong understanding of fabrication processes and engineered-to-order environmentsProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and database software; ERP estimating experience requiredStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with ability to meet tight deadlines Benefits and Perks: $60-85k depending on experienceMedical Benefits HolidaysTraining & Growth Your New Organization:This organization specializes in engineered and fabricated solutions, operating in a collaborative, detail-driven environment.
