Job Summary

Shambaugh & Son L.P. is seeking a Service Estimator. This position will be responsible for providing estimates and proposals to customers, estimating inspection deficiencies, project management and coordination of trades.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Estimate, sell, and manage fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression projectsRead, analyze, and interpret blueprints, contract documents, and project specificationsResponsible for reading inspection reports and generating proposals to customers for repairsCoordinating with scheduling to get jobs completedDevelop positive and ongoing relationships with customersListing for Fabrication and material orderingCoordination Between TradesOther duties as assigned Qualifications High Mechanical InterestAutoCad experience preferredProficiency in word, excel, and spreadsheets desiredAbility to multi-task to the extremeValid driver's license and excellent driving recordExcellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skillsMust have good computer technical experienceMotivated to achieve a high standard of productivity.Believe that customer service is first priorityExcellent communicator and have great organizational skills with a positive attitude.  Professionalism in email and over the phone.  Proficiency in computer usage above basic Microsoft Office & Windows Skills.
