Estate Management Analyst Job ID 219421 Posted 09-May-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Facilities Management, Property Management, Workplace Strategy Location(s) Polanco - Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico **Estate Management Analyst** **About the Role:** The Estate Management Analyst plays a crucial role in the efficient and accurate management of lease agreements, with a primary focus in the tenant representation. Under general supervision, you will be responsible to negotiate the renewal lease agreements with landlords, negotiate term and conditions, serve as a key point of contact for landlords and internal stakeholders: **Responsibilities** + Identify with each business unit the strategy for each location under operation. + Negotiate with landlords the best term & conditions for Renewal lease agreements. + Create each transaction in the platform associated. Provide follow up to each project or transaction. + Create business case for new leases or renewal transactions. + Obtain stakeholders approval for each transaction negotiated. + Support brokerage team in the sales transactions with administrative tasks. + Request legal documentation for the negotiation closed such as lease, renewal, addendum, or amendments. + Upload the documents signed to the lease administration tool to update key dates. + Follow up critical dates and portfolio reports. + Create executive summary for each transaction for Senior Management + Meetings with client and projects follow up. + Serve as a real estate key point of contact for business unit or client internal areas. + Identify business opportunities. + Update and maintain the lease administration tools. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in economics, administrative or accountable sciences areas. + Advanced English + At least 1 year of experience Negotiating and/or Renewal lease Agreements, (expansion-Retail/corporate Offices) _When you join CBRE, you become part of the global leader in commercial real estate services and investment that helps businesses and people thrive.
