Job Responsibilities:

Estamos em busca de um(a) estagiário(a) de TI para apoiar no atendimento aos usuários da organização, com foco na infraestrutura, organização e suporte às decisões estratégicas da empresa. O estagiário contribuirá para a melhoria dos processos de manutenção da infraestrutura, suporte aos usuários e operação dos departamentos administrativo e fabril. você!

📌 Atividades:

Colaborar na resolução de problemas relacionados à infraestrutura e aos ambientes de TI da organização.

Apoiar atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva.

Acompanhar indicadores do departamento, elaborando reports para o Time de Service Quality da Magna.

Auxiliar no atendimento aos usuários, garantindo suporte aos departamentos administrativo e fabril.

Executar procedimentos de setup e configuração de desktops, incluindo instalação de sistemas operacionais e aplicativos.

Auxiliar na administração básica de redes, incluindo cabeamento, conectividade e identificação de falhas.

Apoiar e acompanhar rotinas de backup, restauração de dados e conferência de integridade.

Contribuir para melhorias contínuas nos processos de TI.

🎯 Requisitos:

Estar cursando cursando Ensino Superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.

Bons conhecimentos em Pacote Office (principalmente Excel).

Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação.

Disponibilidade para estagiar 6 horas/dia.

Desejável conhecimento básico em redes, arquitetura de computadores, rotinas de backup e procedimentos de setup de desktops.
