Job Title: ESS Account SpecialistJob Description

Join a rapidly growing team as an Account Specialist within the Enterprise Special Services (ESS) department. This role focuses on enhancing the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who utilize inbound transportation services. As part of a team driving innovation in transportation and logistics, you will play a key role in identifying network shipper defects, coaching shippers, and managing performance improvements. Collaborate directly with shippers to develop solutions and take proactive measures to enhance their performance metrics.

ResponsibilitiesMonitor, verify, and present data on a daily basis.Address transportation disruptions and overcome barriers in real-time.Identify root causes of transportation defects.Maintain daily logs for assigned shippers.Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.Conduct Daily Business Review Stand up calls.Essential SkillsAccount management and customer service experience.Proficiency in MS Excel, including data navigation and interpretation.Problem-solving skills, particularly in logistics and transportation.Experience in intermodal and supply chain management.Additional Skills & Qualifications2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.Understanding of basic data analytical skills.Ability to write documents on process improvement proposals.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Effective communication and organizational skills.Industry backgrounds such as party planning, event coordination, real estate, sales, and restaurants are valued.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
