In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.

How you will contribute

You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner, provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts.

Responsabilidades principales:

Llevar el programada de saneamiento de la planta, limpieza especializada de equipos, infraestructura, plan de verificación microbiológica, seguimiento a servicios de sanitización, responsable de intendencia, implementación desarrollo y supervisión de buenas practicas de manufactura, seguimiento al programa de materia extraña. Responsable de la planificación y supervisión de los turnos de trabajo.Responsable de la administración de la nómina del equipo de trabajoLiderar el desarrollo de las habilidades y el crecimiento profesional del equipo.

Educación:

Ing. Industrial, Ing. Química, Ing. Alimentos, o afín.

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en limpieza y sanitización en la industria alimentaria, incluyendo la supervisión y capacitación de personal.

Idioma:

Inglés intermedio

Conocimientos:

Experiencia en Lean Six Sigma, mantenimiento autónomo y sistemas de gestión de calidad (HACCP, NOM 251, FSSC 22000).

Herramientas:

SAP (preferible)Excel IntermedioPower Bi (Deseable)

Modalidad:

Presencial, horario mixto de 8:30 a 5:30 pm, un día de descanso a la semana.
