How you will contribute

You will:

Support, improve and execute on the company's labor relations activitiesAssist with and conduct union contract negotiationsDevise and direct positive employee relations activities with an Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focusProvide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievancesCollaborate on developing and delivering training, staying abreast of trends and developments in the labor relations discipline

What you will bring

Relevant labor relations or human resources experienceExperience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and/or union-free campaigns, and prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferredAbility to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates and union representativesDrive for results and customer service orientation Project management skills and pro-actively manage workProven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities
