Develop and implement ESG strategies, conduct audits, certifications and collaborate with engineering and architecture teams. Stay up-to-date with sustainability trends and regulations and grow your ESG career trough continuous professional development. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement sustainability and ESG strategies for real estate projects. + Conduct audits and Support building certification projects (WiredScore, BREEAM, LEED, WELL) + Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to integrate sustainable practices into projects. + Monitor and report on the ESG performance of projects. + Stay up-to-date with sustainability trends and regulations. + Monitor and track progress of implemented sustainability initiatives + Help prepare documentation for compliance with ESG reporting frameworks and regulations **Requirements and Qualifications:** + Higher education in Engineering, Architecture or related area. + Proven experience in the area of sustainability and ESG for buildings and real estate + Proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). + Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and teamwork skills. + Ability to face new challenges and adapt to a dynamic environment. + Training in BREEAM, LEED, WELL or equivalent sustainability certification systems will be valued. + Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment **What we offer:** + Opportunity to work on innovative and high-impact projects. + Collaborative and inclusive work environment. + Continuous professional development. + Competitive benefits package.
