Our client, industry-leading organization in sustainability and corporate responsibility, is seeking an ESG Reporting Project Manager to join their team. As an ESG Reporting Project Manager, you will be part of the Sustainability Department supporting the development of the annual Global Sustainability Report. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** ESG Reporting Project Manager
**Location:** Chicago, IL
**Pay Range: $47/hr on w2**
Duration - 4month + Extension
**What's the Job?**
+ Support the development and review process of the Global Sustainability Report, ensuring all edits and comments are accurately tracked and integrated.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, including creative agencies, to communicate and implement all necessary edits and revisions.
+ Manage copy editing tasks, ensuring content complies with style guides, including spelling, grammar, and syntax standards.
+ Assist in developing the report appendix, including indexes for UNSDGs, GRI, and SASB frameworks.
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives by streamlining processes with AI tools and developing project management templates and trackers.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
+ Experience working within MS Teams and SharePoint environments.
+ Background in copy editing, writing, and proofreading technical or sustainability-related content.
+ Familiarity with AI tools and their application in project workflows.
+ Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage input from over 50 contributors effectively.
