As a key member of our Property Management department, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ESG services to our clients. As a highly motivated and knowledgeable ESG professional you will work on the delivery of the sustainability requirements for several key clients. The ESG program Manager works closely with our wider operational teams of property and facilities managers, and with our clients’ ESG and Asset Management teams, often acting as the conduit between the two., This role will be accountable in maintaining the ESG dashboarding platform - Deepki, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and working closely with our operational teams to deliver ESG solutions. **The Opportunity** + Maintain property database within Deepki, including configuration and data accuracy + Work with PM ESG team and property and facilities management teams to ensure accurate configuration of data points + Manage onboarding of new property and portfolio mandates + Collaborate with Deepki team on data integration and automation opportunities + Develop, implement, and report on asset level ESG strategies in collaborations with the Property Management teams + Monitor and report on sustainability performance, and progress against objectives and targets for assets/funds/portfolios + Lead regular catch-up calls/meetings with clients. Routinely prepare and present at Client meetings to increase sustainability awareness and engagement. + Innovate and lead initiatives to engage and educate stakeholders to increase data coverage, improve data quality, and improve sustainability performance for assets/funds/portfolios. **About You** + Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering + Experience working in the ESG space within the Commercial Real Estate/Built Environment sector + Ability to engage and educate diverse stakeholder groups + Organized, methodical, and data-literate with attention to detail + Experience in reporting tools and platforms (e.g. Deepki, SIERA, Envizi, Measurabl, MS Power BI or Tableau) + Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (e.g. GRESB, NGERS, ASRS) and ESG ratings (NABERS, GRESB, Greenstar) is an advantage **What’s in for you:** Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are at the top of their field.
