Tri Pointe Assurance Escrow, the California title and escrow affiliate of Tri Pointe Homes, is looking for an energic individual to join our talented group in Corona as an Escrow Processor.

 

Position Highlights: The Escrow Processor is responsible for opening and updating contracts received through a centralized work queue. Striving to meet established production levels throughout a multi-state organization. Maintaining open lines of communication with escrow branch, title department, and builder regarding questions and/or potential issues.

 

Position Responsibilities:

Monitor work queues for contracts, addendums, final sales recaps, fee requests, etc.Distribution of Title commitments, “Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions" (or CC&Rs), and trailing documents sent to all partiesOrdering of Homeowners Association (HOA) Statements in connection with Division calendarsReceipt of all incoming fundsDisbursement of funds once authorization is givenGeneral processing of escrow filesOther duties as assigned 

 

Position Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to type 40+ WPM (test will be administered)Strong Microsoft Office and title software applications preferredEscrow processing experience a plus but not requiredEffective communication, presentation, and organization skills

 

Compensation & Benefits:

 

Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $25.38-31.00 per hour, equivalent to $52,800-64,500 per year, depending on experienceand skillset.  Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus.  Bonuses are earned, calculated, and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.Benefits: In addition to competitive medical, dental and vision coverage, Tri Pointe Homes provides comprehensive benefits to eligible team members and their dependents, including:  Health Savings Account (HSA), full and limited healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and dependent care FSA options; generous paid time off policies, like vacation, holidays, sick leave, jury duty, bereavement, and volunteer time; paid disability, parental and military leave; company-sponsored and voluntary term life, AD&D, and short- and long-term disability insurances; a 401(k) retirement plan with bi-weekly employer matching of 50% up to the first 6% of team member contributions; adoption, fitness, tuition and worldwide emergency travel assistance; EAP, grief counseling, and estate/will preparation services; and additional discounts and supplementary employee-paid benefit programs.
