Application Support → Application Analyst (JIRA / ERP)

Role Overview

We are looking for a technical profile who will initially provide operational application support (L1–L2) and progressively evolve into an Application Analyst role. The position offers a clear growth path, expanding responsibilities in functional analysis, workflow design, process optimisation, and advanced application support, primarily focused on JIRA, ERP systems, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Technical Support (L1–L2): Provide user support, troubleshooting, and ticket handling. Perform basic diagnostics and execute SQL queries. Manage users and review workflows in JIRA. Provide basic operational support for ERP systems.Phase 2: Transition Phase – Junior Analyst:Analyse more complex incidents and issues. Implement configuration improvements in JIRA. Document processes and procedures. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management activities. Assume partial ownership of a business application.Phase 3: Advanced Phase – Application Analyst:Take full functional ownership of JIRA. Gather requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders. Design solutions and produce functional specifications. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and propose improvement actions. Contribute to the design of system integrations.

Educational Background
Higher Vocational Qualification in Networked Computer Systems Administration (ASIR), Multiplatform Application Development (DAM), or Web Application Development (DAW) or equivalent.

Professional Experience
Between 1 and 3 years of experience in technical support or application support roles.

Technical Skills

Basic to intermediate SQL (queries, filters, etc.).Log analysis and initial error diagnosis.Basic functional and technical knowledge of ERP systems.Experience with JIRA at a functional administrator level is desirable.Power BI experience at a support level is desirable.

What We Offer

Annual fixed salary of €24,500, paid in 14 installments.Annual bonus of €2,000, subject to company policy.24 days of paid vacation, plus December 24th, December 31st, and your birthday.Meal voucher worth €94.50 per month, from January to November.Optional SANITAS health insurance through a flexible compensation scheme.Career development plan with clear growth opportunities. Continuous training and professional development.Working hours from Monday to Thursday from (flexible) 8:00 to 5:30 pm and Fridays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Rotational on-call duty every three weeks until 7:00 pm, limited to handling occasional phone-based incidents.
