Our client, a leader in infrastructure and energy solutions, is seeking an ES&H Representative to join their team. As an ES&H Representative, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the safety and health aspects of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** ES&H Representative
**Location:** Brownsville, Texas
**Pay Range:** $55 /h + Benefits
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist in the execution of the safety component of an Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) Program, including both technical and administrative aspects.
+ Help prepare and implement Safety and Health Management Plans, associated plans and procedures, and training programs.
+ Provide input to various teams to ensure safety and health requirements are integrated within project planning and execution.
+ Conduct ESH inspections and monitoring to identify hazards and assess compliance with safety regulations.
+ Participate in emergency response and incident investigation, providing support and guidance for safety studies and risk assessments.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) related to occupational safety or health.
+ 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
+ Specialized knowledge in safety management and applicable laws and regulations.
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
