**Job Title: ERP Training Consultant** **Rate :Pay: $70-85/HR** **Location : Fully remote, anywhere in the US (EST or CST required).** **Contract : 1 year to begin with** Impact: - Support global Oracle deployments. - Enhance skills and performance of employees, partners, and customers. - Develop innovative training aligned with business strategies. Responsibilities: - Apply Oracle CPQ and Fusion PPM knowledge to business processes. - Create training materials using Adult Learning Theory. - Collaborate with global teams to develop instructional solutions. - Design creative learning tools for ERP platform use. - Support all aspects of training deployment, including planning, logistics, and metrics. - Deliver Oracle training and support data prep for end user training. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in training development and delivery. - Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ and training lifecycle. - Strong communication and project management skills. - Familiarity with SCORM eLearning standards and training development software such as Articulate Storyline, Rise and Captivate. Skills: - Knowledge of Oracle CPQ, Fusion, and CRM tools. - Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies. - Strong visual and textual storyboarding skills. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams (SMES, IT, L&D, OCM) to design training solutions.
