The ERP Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Pricing Department, including Fleet Pricing, Product Pricing, and the Commercial Pool team. This position is central to the organization’s ongoing ERP transition and requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable navigating multiple systems. In this role, you will assist with extracting, validating, and entering data across various ERP applications to ensure system accuracy during the transition from legacy platforms to new ERP environments. You will work closely with Analysts and the Commercial Pool & Pricing Manager to identify data needs, troubleshoot discrepancies, and help maintain the integrity of pricing and product information.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the ERP transition from a Pricing Department perspective.Facilitate data extraction and migration by updating new ERP systems with information from current ERP platforms.Validate and enter key data elements including product structures, quantities, cost, pricing, and labor details.Assist in locating, interpreting, and organizing data across multiple applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure smooth data flow and system accuracy.Essential Skills1–2+ years of experience in data entry, data validation, or systems support.High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting/filtering, formulas, and analyzing data sets.Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Teams for communication, scheduling, and workflow coordination.Strong computer aptitude, including navigating multiple applications and working in data-heavy environments.Ability to work independently, manage workload, and support multiple teams.Accuracy and attention to detail when entering, validating, or comparing large volumes of data.Comfort working behind a computer 40+ hours a week, performing focused data and system tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrior data entry or data administration experience, especially in a fast-paced operational or manufacturing setting.Experience navigating AS400 or similar legacy ERP systems.Exposure to ERP environments (Oracle, SAP, Infor, etc.) and understanding of how data flows between systems.Basic financial literacy, such as understanding cost, price, labor, and basic financial terminology.Familiarity with AS400/JAVA applications, MyDot applications, and Oracle or other new ERP programs.Work EnvironmentThis role requires working on-site for 40+ hours per week, with some overtime (45-50 hours), primarily during the 1st shift from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility in core day shift hours. The environment involves extensive computer-based work and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth data flow and system accuracy.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
