About the Role

We’re hiring an ERP Solutions Architect to lead the design and integration of enterprise-wide technology systems. This role connects business teams with technical solutions, supporting finance, warehouse operations, supply chain, CRM, and system integrations. You’ll work in a fast-paced distribution environment, building scalable, efficient, and future-ready systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign solutions across ERP, CRM, WMS, and BI platforms.Configure and improve financial modules (GL, AP, AR, reporting, cost accounting).Streamline warehouse processes (receiving, shipping, inventory, automation).Lead integrations with e-commerce, TMS, and external platforms.Build APIs, middleware, and cloud-based automation tools.Standardize and manage master data across systems.Support teams across finance, supply chain, customer service, and sales.Troubleshoot system issues and improve performance.Manage environments (development, testing, production) and coordinate releases.Document solutions and lead training sessions.Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Experience with ERP financials, WMS, and supply chain systems.Strong architecture and integration design skills.Knowledge of API development (REST/SOAP) and cross-platform solutions.Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering.

Preferred:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Vacation
The Company recognizes the importance of vacation time in providing rest, recreation and personal enrichment.
o 1st Year Ten (10) days
o 2nd – 5th Year Twelve (12) days
o 6th – 15th Year Fifteen (15) days
o 16th Year Twenty (20) days

Employees may carry over vacation days from one year to the next. However, to encourage employees to use vacation, there is a cap on the amount of vacation that can be carried over. Vacation carryover is capped at forty (40) hours and must be used by March 31 of the following year.

Part-time employees earn vacation on a pro-rata basis. For example, an employee who works 30 hours per week will earn Âľ of the amount of vacation a full-time employee earns, while an employee working one-half time earns one-half the vacation of a full-time employee

Accrual and Carryover
Employees begin to accrue vacation time when they begin working for the Company. Employees may use their vacation at any time after the first ninety (90) days of employment, unless unforeseen circumstance require them to peruse time. If an employee needs to use time before the ninety (90) day period is completed, they must obtain approval from their managers and/or senior leadership.

Employees may carry over vacation days from one year to the next. However, to encourage employees to use vacation, there is a cap on the amount of vacation that can be carried over. Vacation carryover is capped at forty (40) hours and must be used by March 31 of the following year. If not used by March 31, the carryover time will be forfeited. If an employee is terminated for cause and/or abandons their job, no accrued vacation time will be paid out. If an employee voluntarily resigns and provides two (2) weeks’ notice (or adequate advance notice), they will be paid for accrued, unused vacation time.

Sick/Personal Time (New York State Paid Sick Leave)
Beginning January 1, 2021, eligible employees are entitled to up to fifty-six (56) hours of paid sick leave (“NYS PSL”) in a twelve-month period. The Company calculates the twelve-month period on a calendar year basis.
Amount of Leave
Eligible employees are entitled to up to 56 hours or 7 days of paid sick leave each year.

Short-Term Disability Plan (STD)
This benefit would pay sixty percent (60%) of your regular salary for a period of time up to twelve (12) weeks should you become disabled.

New York State STD
This benefit provides weekly cash benefits to replace, in part, wages lost due to injuries or illnesses that do not arise out of or in the course of employment.

Long-Term Disability Plan (LTD)
This benefit would pay sixty percent (60%) of your regular salary for an extended period of time.

Life Insurance
Full-time employees are eligible for and are automatically enrolled in a group term life insurance program. The Company pays the premium for this program.

Employees have the option to purchase an additional insurance plan up to $500,000
