Position Title: ERP Solution Architect

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced ERP Solution Architect to lead the design and integration of enterprise-wide technology solutions. This role acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, crafting scalable solutions that support financial operations, warehouse management, supply chain workflows, CRM systems, and cross-platform integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and brings a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect end-to-end business solutions across ERP, CRM, WMS, and BI platforms.Develop technical documentation, integration frameworks, and solution blueprints tailored to complex business needs.Optimize financial modules (GL, AP, AR, reporting, cost accounting) and design workflows that align with compliance and operational goals.Enhance warehouse operations through system configuration and process automation (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory).Lead integration efforts across internal systems and external platforms (e-commerce, TMS, financial institutions).Implement scalable APIs, middleware, and cloud-based services to ensure seamless data flow.Standardize master data and enforce governance practices for financial, inventory, and customer records.Provide strategic support across departments including finance, supply chain, customer service, and sales.Troubleshoot multi-system issues and proactively improve system performance and data quality.Manage system environments (development, testing, production) and coordinate updates and deployments.Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions and documentation.Facilitate training and design sessions to support user adoption and process improvements.Required Skills:
Strong background in ERP financials, WMS, and supply chain systems.Proven ability to design and document enterprise architecture and integration strategies.Experience with API development, REST/SOAP services, and cross-platform solutions.Familiarity with generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering and embedding AI into workflows.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.Certifications in ERP, CRM, BI, or integration platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus).3–5 years of experience in ERP/CRM architecture or techno-functional roles.Background in distribution, manufacturing, or service industries with complex operations.Hands-on experience with cloud-based applications and workflow automation tools.If you're passionate about designing impactful enterprise solutions and thrive in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
Vacation
The Company recognizes the importance of vacation time in providing rest, recreation and personal enrichment.
o 1st Year Ten (10) days
o 2nd – 5th Year Twelve (12) days
o 6th – 15th Year Fifteen (15) days
o 16th Year Twenty (20) days
Employees may carry over vacation days from one year to the next. However, to encourage employees to use vacation, there is a cap on the amount of vacation that can be carried over. Vacation carryover is capped at forty (40) hours and must be used by March 31 of the following year.
Part-time employees earn vacation on a pro-rata basis. For example, an employee who works 30 hours per week will earn ¾ of the amount of vacation a full-time employee earns, while an employee working one-half time earns one-half the vacation of a full-time employee
Accrual and Carryover
Employees begin to accrue vacation time when they begin working for the Company. Employees may use their vacation at any time after the first ninety (90) days of employment, unless unforeseen circumstance require them to peruse time. If an employee needs to use time before the ninety (90) day period is completed, they must obtain approval from their managers and/or senior leadership.
Employees may carry over vacation days from one year to the next. However, to encourage employees to use vacation, there is a cap on the amount of vacation that can be carried over. Vacation carryover is capped at forty (40) hours and must be used by March 31 of the following year. If not used by March 31, the carryover time will be forfeited. If an employee is terminated for cause and/or abandons their job, no accrued vacation time will be paid out. If an employee voluntarily resigns and provides two (2) weeks’ notice (or adequate advance notice), they will be paid for accrued, unused vacation time.
Sick/Personal Time (New York State Paid Sick Leave)
Beginning January 1, 2021, eligible employees are entitled to up to fifty-six (56) hours of paid sick leave (“NYS PSL”) in a twelve-month period. The Company calculates the twelve-month period on a calendar year basis.
Amount of Leave
Eligible employees are entitled to up to 56 hours or 7 days of paid sick leave each year.

This benefit would pay sixty percent (60%) of your regular salary for a period of time up to twelve (12) weeks should you become disabled.

This benefit provides weekly cash benefits to replace, in part, wages lost due to injuries or illnesses that do not arise out of or in the course of employment.
Long-Term Disability Plan (LTD)
This benefit would pay sixty percent (60%) of your regular salary for an extended period of time.
