\n\t\t\t\t\tWe’re seeking a dynamic leader with deep ERP knowledge (Workday preferred), proven change management skills, and strong project leadership to guide a major platform transition and ensure its long-term success.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nOversee the full ERP implementation lifecycle—from design and testing to go-live and stabilization.\nDevelop and execute change management strategies to foster user adoption, effective communication, and comprehensive training.\nPartner with stakeholders to align expectations and prepare business processes for transformation.\nAct as the primary liaison between implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams.\nManage integrations between the ERP platform and other enterprise systems.\nCollaborate with IT to maintain data integrity, system performance, and security.\nMaintain a roadmap for future enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.\nWork closely with leaders across all functional areas to align operational and reporting needs.\nTranslate business requirements into clear technical specifications.\nDiagnose recurring issues and recommend practical solutions.\nCommunicate effectively with diverse user groups across the organization.

\n\t\t\t\t\tBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).\n5–8 years of experience managing ERP or large-scale technology projects.\nHands-on experience with Workday or similar ERP systems preferred.\nExpertise in leading change management and adoption initiatives.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and research skills.\nExcellent communication and project management abilities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
