ERP Program Director
Program Director HYBRID IN ST. PAUL, MN (no remote candidates) We are seeking an experienced and visionary Program Director to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP across our distribution business. This strategic role will be responsible for driving the successful adoption of Dynamics 365, aligning business objectives with technology solutions, and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. The Program Director will collaborate closely with stakeholders and leadership to enable process transformation to achieve operational and functional excellence. The Program Director will report to the VP of Application Service Delivery and be accountable to both the Chief Information Officer as well as the President of Transformation. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and own the overall program plan, roadmap, and strategy for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation. + Manage key vendors’ delivery to ensure the right business architecture is configured, tested and ultimately delivered to each branch in the deployment schedule. + Define and manage program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with organizational objectives. + Assist to manage project budgets, resources, schedules, and risk management activities to ensure successful delivery. + Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment. + Drive consensus on the global template across leadership and also define deviations to the template for regulatory, compliance or legal reasons. + Champion change management initiatives, training, and user adoption strategies for Dynamics 365. + Monitor and report on program progress, performance metrics, and post-implementation outcomes. + Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements throughout the implementation process. + Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and business transformation enabled by the Dynamics 365 platform. + Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates, best practices, and emerging trends throughout the implementation timeline. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). + Proven experience (10+ years) in leading large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365. + Strong program and project management skills with a track record of successful delivery. + Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. + Knowledge of business process mapping, change management, and enterprise architecture. + Knowledge of and/or experience working in the Beverage Alcohol, Food or like Distribution businesses. + Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is a plus. + Ability to solve complex problems and drive organizational change in dynamic environments. + Experience working with external vendors, consultants, and system integrators.
