Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local – Böblingen, DE

We are seeking a committed ERP Process Analyst (m/f/d) to analyze our global Source-to-Pay processes within the Industrial Group and to design efficient, scalable ERP solutions together with the business and IT teams. You will drive process optimization, testing and training and provide data-driven insights to harmonize and continuously improve our global operations.

Your responsibilities:

Analyze business processes, system functionalities and data requirementsProduce and communicate functional requirements derived from gap analysesSupport development of test scripts, user acceptance testing and trainingAssess current system capabilities and define required modificationsCreate and maintain documentation for processes, applications and trainingCollaborate closely with IT, business units and global teams to harmonize processesImplement a strategy for continuous process monitoring and improvement

Your profile:

Degree in a technical or business disciplineSeveral years of professional experience in a comparable environment, ideally in a leadership roleSolid knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA)Experience with supplier portals as well as process documentation, monitoring and training toolsAnalytical mindset, strong IT affinity and excellent communication and facilitation skillsWillingness to travel internationallyVery good English skills
