Erp Manager
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead and support enterprise resource planning (ERP) system operations within a manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with people leadership to ensure system stability, optimization, and continuous improvement. The ERP Manager will work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders while guiding a small, capable IT team to support evolving business needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to translate operational requirements into effective ERP solutionsServe as the primary liaison for ERP vendors, including system support and enhancement coordinationSupervise, coach, and develop ERP support analysts and SQL developersDrive optimization efforts and continuous improvement initiatives within the ERP platformOversee ERP system support operations to ensure performance, reliability, and alignment with business goalsAssist with data analysis and reporting by working directly with ERP databases and related toolsSupport organizational change management initiatives tied to business process centralizationManage issue resolution, system enhancements, and end-user support using a collaborative and patient approachRequired Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administering ERP systems within a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of ERP system architecture, database concepts, and system integrationsDemonstrated leadership experience with the ability to build, motivate, and guide high-performing teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineExcellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersFamiliarity with change management principles and ERP-driven process improvementsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience managing vendor relationships and external ERP service partnersFamiliarity with Power BI, including data manipulation and report creationHands-on experience with ERP system migrations or major upgradesWorking knowledge of SQL and database querying for reporting purposes

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC 28277.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
